We give donations by visiting schools and skills training workshops on the importance of tourism and why we should try to go green. We have participated in the publishing of a book that teach children of the islands and why it is important to protect the environment. We also give lectures at the guesthouse introducing guests to the flora, fauna, religion, music, history and foods of St.Vincent and the Grenadines.
All our plants and flowers are organic, reducing waste, conserving our water supply and environment is a large part of what we do. We encourage our guests to use towels more than once, we used rain filled tanks for outdoor use, toilet tanks are fitted with water conservation bags. Paper use is limited so as not to generate too much waste. Stationary is used in creating colourful art.
There are five dedicated and friendly local staff available for twenty-four hour services on shift. The staff are all trained on the importance of conservation.
We are members of Carib Whale that support marine mammal conservation and non-invasive whale and dolphins watching. We contribute to the floating classroom that teaches kids of the marine environment and how to protect it and the animals that live there and we are involved in the production of a big Marine Conservation Art Exhibition.
All bulbs in the guesthouse are energy savers. Rooms are sealed for maximum efficiency with air conditioning units. Signs are posted to remind guests to conserve electricity. We also purchase cleaning products that are environmentally friendly.
We have a network of local farmers and fishermen that produce organic foods. We encourage staff to use local foods whenever possible. We also participate in beach clean ups and community lectures about how important it is to keep the surrounding area clean.

We invite every traveler who books a vacation via us to send in a review. Because we don't run the vacations they're completely independent and unedited... remember to read between the lines though, as two people on the same vacation can have different views!
