The whole vacation was absolutely spot on. The teaching at the school was excellent. We had one main teacher (although he was not the only one) and he really cued in not only to our level of Spanish (nil in my case) but what we needed and the way we learned best. (more)Tina Cook

Getting to Santiago to the Cathedral after a long and sometimes demanding walk.
For those in their sixties I would suggest a walk duration of 11-12 days from Porto to Santiago.
Local people benefitted certainly from the additional business they got from us. We were extremely careful to respect the environment we were in and were generally impressed with the level of cleanliness and respect shown to it.

Book a rest day in one of the beautiful Spanish cities you'll pass through.
Unemployment is high in Spain so tourism is a big source of jobs.
