The game drives. Our whole point in going to Africa was seeing wildlife close up, and it was abundant. Both the Porini Camps on their private conservancies, and the Masai Mara National Preserve offered spectacular game viewing. We couldn't have asked for more.

Biking in the beautiful country of Spain with my husband and good friends was the most memorable part. It was a wonderful experience, great trails, food and memories to last a lifetime. I am planning my next trip now! (more)
Every step of the trip went very smoothly and having English speaking guides and drivers made the whole experience very personal. Often the local guides enriched our experiences as they espoused more than mere information, passionately imparting their knowledge and opinions. (more)
Climbing up to the Tiger's Nest on our last full day in Bhutan WAS pretty great - but I think my prize goes to seeing big pink orchids growing on the side of the road - and having the leisure to go photograph them, thanks to our wonderful driver. (more)
We loved the flexibility of this trip - Alan and Vivian were happy to tailor the trip to our needs and always ready to offer advice or ideas. The trip they planned allowed us to see Catalonia and stay in some fantastic places without the hassle of sorting everything out ourselves. (more)
We were really impressed with the genuine warmth of greeting from this Bedouin based community project, the welcome tea drink, the sunset walk with more tea around a camp fire! The candle light, with candle made by local Bedouin women was enchanting. (more)

Hmmm, so many good bits. Seeing such diverse parts of the country with such different landscapes - all within 140 miles; having the route to ourselves most of the time; meeting the challenge of a three-day cycle with quite a lot of big hills; meeting lovely people; great B&Bs etc. (more)
Most memorable? Following the leopard going through the thick reeds of the dried riverbed... Being in the very middle of the 400 buffalos’ herd moving to another grazing field... Two gracious cheetah males crossing the tar road...

A real eye-opener. Felt like we actually got a glimpse of what REAL Cuban life is like - the good and the bad aspects. Saw outstanding natural beauty and spoke to (and danced with!) local people who were happy to answer our questions. Overall a wonderful experience. (more)
The most memorable part was the day we cycled to Pals and visited the little tourist and ice cream shop. We then cycled to the beach where we had a wonderful meal and swam in the sea (more)
Everything about this vacation was excellent, and exceeded expectations. He seemed to really enjoy sharing his knowledge of the history, culture, flora and fauna of Sri Lanka. We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks... The knowledge and hospitality of the tour leaders, Suraj and Ravindra, made this a particularly memorable trip - by the end, we really felt more like we were with friends than on a 'tour'. (more)
I went to the Wildlife Rescue Centre in Thailand, this was a fantastic project helping animals who had been mostly kept as pets. It’s hard to say what was the most memorable part of this vacation as there was so much variety and different experiences, it’s difficult to decide what was the best part of it.
