The game drives. Our whole point in going to Africa was seeing wildlife close up, and it was abundant. Both the Porini Camps on their private conservancies, and the Masai Mara National Preserve offered spectacular game viewing. We couldn't have asked for more.

There were several highlights. The Golden Temple at Amritsar, Jairpur's Amber Fort & Palace, the backwaters of Kerala and our homestay in the Nilgiri Hills. (more)Most memorable? Diving with a dozen turtles off the coast of Sipadan and visiting the local villagers of Mabul. And then of course to see wild Orangutans in their natural environment. (more)
The smile of the Sri Lankan people was uplifting as was luxuriating in a herbal bath overlooking the Sinharaja Rainforest with lightening flashing on the horizon. Also being accompanied by two guides during our trip who were so enthusiastic, generous hearted and committed to making our vacation everything we had hoped for. (more)
The most memorable parts were the ride on an elephant and seeing the Himalayas for the first time. Not to mention over three hundred bird species that we saw and the fabulous Taj mahal. (more)
Most memorable? Perhaps the sightings of leopards and wolves as well as the Asiatic lions, wild asses and blackbuck promised. But also being just about the only Europeans in the area we felt a lot closer to the local population including the tribal people. (more)
Thanda Game reserve has to be the most memorable although it was hard to pick a specific part of it. It was fantastic and we couldn't have been treated better or had a more pleasant experience ... we will be back. (more)
The most amazing vacation I have ever had. Like staying in 5* hotels but only better. Can't wait to go back...Most memorable was having elephants feed right outside our camp, visiting a traditional Maasai Village and watching a lion chase a Zebra on a night drive. (more)
I went to the Wildlife Rescue Centre in Thailand, this was a fantastic project helping animals who had been mostly kept as pets. It’s hard to say what was the most memorable part of this vacation as there was so much variety and different experiences, it’s difficult to decide what was the best part of it.

This operator was a fine travel agency. Hotels were great and food was fine. Driver was excellent and guide was great. (more)The Elephant Transit Camp in Udawalawe was a fantastic example of the care Sri Lankans take of their wildlife, allowing close up views of baby elephants both in the camp and later in the National Park where the elephants are eventually re-released. I felt this vacation was a win-win way of supporting African people. We got to see one of the most beautiful countries on earth and gained an insight into Kenyan culture, the local people gained employment and an incentive to protect the game life. (more)

The most memorable part of the vacation was the private walks with the Masaai and night drives in the Ol Kinyei Conservancy where we saw lions hunting & mating, a leopard on a stroll, porcupines, springhares, hyenas, etc. (more)The scenery on the boat and on the islands is simply breathtaking... Snorkelling among schools of huge, brilliantly colored tropical fish, penguins, and with sea lions playing along side us - or playing tag with us - were probably the most memorable moments. (more)
The best way to see the Wild life in Eastern Africa and the best way to go on Safari. If trekking was possible through the Masai Mara this would have been the only better way to see these amazing animals. For obvious reasons trekking is not possible and going in a car is the second best option. (more)
We were really excited to see the Ethiopian wolf! Bisangari lodge was beautiful... watching the sunset over the lake, watching the sea eagles and pied kingfishers fish and playing cards with our guides in the tree bar.
