1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?

Spending the day sailing. The apartment was ideal , as there were only 5 apartments, it was quiet , the pool was never busy and it was easy to relax. The apartment was well equipped with kitchen equipment and bed linens. They even provided a parasol that you could use on the beach. Sara was really helpful - issues, Were resolved quickly

2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?

In the summer , having ac is important if you have children. It was hard to go out between 10 and 4 because of the heat, but the pool was ideal to hang out and cool down. There are a number of places to eat close by. Also a number of watersports can be undertaken within 20 min drive. There are a number of beautiful beaches to explore.

3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?

Benefitted local economy.

4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

Nice relaxed break where we did very little

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?

Linda and Mike (London) We stayed in Appartment B for 6 days in July and had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. This was a very nice apartment - very clean and well equipped, cool inside without need for air conditioning. Outside the garden was lovely and shady with comfortable outside seating, BBQ available, good views over country and coast, and herbs we could use. It was close to pleasant local beaches, shops etc and a good location for visiting other parts of NW Sardinia. The owners were very helpful, lots of information provided before we came and tourist leaflets and suggestions when we arrived. One slight criticism was there was poor noise insulation from the house above us which tended to wake us - so we never quite managed good vacation lie-ins - always hard when floors are tiled and people are operating with different time schedules.

2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?

Although it's only 800m to the small town and shops, and just a bit beyond that to the beaches, you do need a car - especially in summer. It's steeply downhill to the town and beaches, (and up when you come back), and there are lots of places of interest and other beaches not too far away, which it would be a shame to miss - 'Castelsardo, the Elephant Rock, ancient nuraghi, Isola Rossa and the white sand beaches around Santa Teresa' - and lots more slightly further afield.

3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?

The appartment and garden were well appointed to be able keep cool, inside and outside in the garden in the heat of the day - without air-conditioning - ie reducing use of power and associated noise. It is also one of a few vacation houses where the recycling of rubbish, compost and food waste were so well organised, with separate bins for each category.

4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to others - with the slight criticism noted in 1. above. We could happily have stayed longer and visited more of the places to see in the Northern part of Sardinia.
