Reviews for Tasmania east coast camping & walking tour

review 12 Feb 2016

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?

The most exciting part was wild camping at Trial Harbour.

2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?

The tour guide is very accommodating to the traveler's needs and interests, so I would suggest building up a dialogue with him about the vacation plans.

3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?

Definitely ....the tour guide was genuinely sympathetic to the environment and took care to reduce environmental impact and also educate the traveler about the local wild life and environment.

4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

The vacation was fantastic and I would recommend using this company wholeheartedly. The equipment was excellent, the food was substantial and healthy. The activities were well planned and tailored to the needs of the group. Aran , the tour guide , was well informed and so enthusiastic about his surroundings that you couldn't help but be in awe of the areas we travelled through. He was attentive and very helpful. On our trip there was a problem due to the floods on the east coast and fire damage on the west coast. Aran was very flexible and created a trip that gave us a broad overview of Tasmania, so we felt we had got a great understanding of the variety of the country .
