1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?
Going on a 16km triangular walk from the hotel to two local villages, having a Cana (cold beer) in both at local bars, then returning to a warm shower and delicious three course home cooked meal with a beautiful local red wine. Perfect!2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Bring water bottles and a phrase book - if you are planning to eat in the local villages and don’t speak Spanish! Language is fine in the nearby town (Ronda) however and English and Spanish both spoken at the hotel.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Yes- I felt I visited places off the usual tourist track, but footpaths and walking routes were considerate of the surrounding countryside to ensure it is conserved.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
An excellent getaway - either for some quiet R&R or a bit more of an adventure with a mix of walks suitable for different abilities. Home away from home and exceptional hosts!Holiday Reviews
