1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?
The beautiful landscape, and being able to do some wonderful walks from the doorstep. The Old Wash House is also wonderful, and it was good to see the vegetable garden.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
If you can, book for a full week. Three nights wasn't enough time to explore and enjoy being on the farm.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Yes. People: The family that owns and runs the farm is local, as they've been here for a long time. Environmental impact: an organically-run farm, lots of recycling facilities; minimal impact cleaning materials; hard reusable plastics, no throw-away plastic in sight; upcycles/recycled furniture; and best of all, we didn't use our car for the two full days we were there.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

Beautiful setting, wonderful sceanary and comfortable acommodation.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
The nearest place to eat out is a few minutes drive or 50 minute walk away, so think about catering especially in the winter months.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
I think so, we bought locally sourced food in Ashbourne and went on walks from the farm rather than driving.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

EV Charger onsite, Bio Mass Heating, Organic Farm, Local produce, Local pubs and village shops nearby - so yea on all counts4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

Dovedale proved to be very popular and we spent 3 very enjoyable days there.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
The breakfast we had delivered to our door on our last morning was delicious! It's quite pricey but it kept us going, with a few snacks, until supper when we got home so it was worth it.3. Yes there was a lot of evidence to support this.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

Walking through the country side and stopping for lunch at a country pub. Also watching the cows walking past the cottage in the morning and evening.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Read the recommendations for where to eat and what to see that are in a folder in the cottage.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Yes, particularly local people as most business went out of there way to inform customers that they supported local suppliers.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
