Responsible tourism
As the pioneers of responsible tourism, we screen every trip so you can travel knowing your vacation will help support conservation and local people.

We promise to sustain the environment with the properties we have chosen for this itinerary including Gold Zanzibar which is an eco-friendly resort, the Serengeti Taki Taki which has solar lighting, and the Nasikia Mobile Camp which has solar & generator power.
At Ol Tukai Lodge you will have lectures by researchers from the Elephant Research Centre.
All guides are local and are trained/know about the local environment - this makes them the best people to guide you.
When booking this itinerary, you leave your positive footprint behind. Each safari crafted is centerd around responsible tourism practices which supports wildlife conservation and community upliftment. In support of this, we have partnered with the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre (HESC) to actively contribute to the cause of cheetah conservation by donating 1% of each booking value to HESC to ensure that everyone who travels with us leaves a positive impact on Africa. Based in South Africa, the organization is actively involved in researching, breeding and anti-poaching initiatives as well as passing on their knowledge on conservation to the general public.
We run a sustainable office which is paperless with an in-house recycling system.
The Impacts of this Trip
We promise to support the community with the properties we have chosen for this itinerary including Ok Tukai Lodge, affiliated with Amrit Foundation which sponsors Corporate Social Responsibilities to several communities in Amboseli and Naivasha, Country Lodge offers cultural tours and Nasikia Mobile Camp offers community and cultural visits, Gold Zanzibar is partnered with the Sofia Luna Azzola Foundation, a non-profit organization founded by the resort’s owners which helps support the local community in Kendwa.
The lodges are deep routed within the communities and are committed to sustainable development, through creating opportunities. At the Ol Tukai Lodge for example, you will get to experience Maasai dancing and lectures on the Maasai community conducted by the lodge’s Maasai culturalist.
We hire local staff and train our employees locally.
Our team also makes a conscious effort to set you up in our preferred eco-friendly lodges and hotels that are not only family-friendly, but also encourage their guests to partake in wildlife conservation programmes, sustainable development, community involvement and philanthropic efforts.
We support social development as all the guides are citizens of the country you are traveling to and the lodges employ and uplift members of the local community.
