We are committed to the fair employment of craftswomen and create economic opportunities for ethnic tribal women through the creation of 100% handmade local textiles using natural materials. Each woman benefits from paid leave, profit sharing, and health insurance.
Sheroes Hangout is another nonprofit in India who provide support to acid attack survivors. Travelers can dine-in and attend community events at their restaurants around the country.

It is an employment opportunity to 200 women from low income households in Jaipur. Skilled to ply custom designed e-rickshaws, they have enrolled as equity holders in the Pink City Rickshaw Co. that they now proudly own and manage.

Lot of the activities included in this tour is selected by keeping in mind to provide employment opportunities to local operators like using guiding services, arranging cooking class and a saree tying and applying Henna session. Accommodations, transportation are used is operated by the local owners of the town.
