Responsible Travel

As the pioneers of responsible tourism, we've screened this (and every) vacation so that you can travel knowing it will help support the places and people that you visit, and the planet. Read how below.

This trip is all about spending the nights at the base camp of the world's top highest mountains. Due to global warming, Himalayas are melting, we are doing the best practices to save the environment. Our company is associated with different organisations while on this trip you will follow their guidelines to reduce pollution.

We have taken several positive steps as a company to reduce our environmental impact. Upgrade the websites and focus on online media marketing rather than on paper production. Not only this, most of the administrative work can complete by using our online platforms. Our team engages in environment awareness programs, involve in the plantation programs, and so on. If we see someone negatively affecting the environment, we will always explain the impacts and consequences of it.

In your trip, there are some guidelines, you cannot wash your clothes in the open water resources, hit the animals, pick the plants, and other activities that harm the environment. If you see this happening along the trekking destinations, please don't speak directly with the local peoples, sometimes it may create problems due to the language barriers the trekking leader will manage the issue.

In the mountains, please don't use mineral water bottles. Instead, you can use your own water bottle these can be filled up in the teahouses. It's hard and expensive to supply food in the mountains. So, while taking food, please don't waste it.

For recharging the battery, it's good to use the solar charger or power bank. Let's do it together, share what we have, and make our earth beautiful and clean from our side.

We are here to learn, share our experiences with our travelers. At the same time, we are always willing to learn from our travelers. We are here to share our love for our communities and the people. We do have a small team that works for the well being of our children of Nepal. First Act Nepal (FAN) is a team that cares for the needy children of Nepal. We support those children by providing them with an education.

While on your trip, you are going to spend most of the time in the mountains where you will be exploring the different cultures such as Buddhism. Local people follow Buddhism. They do have their own culture and traditions. Please do respect and follow cultural trends. Our team leaders will pass you the information regarding all this.

We allocate the time to explore the local products houses where you can find people producing local handmade crafts and clothes. As being a local tour operator, our whole team is made up of local people, so you are directly going to support the local tourism. You are going to spend a lot of time at a local mountain teahouse, where we are going to pay for the food and the accommodation. Such incomes help local people to be sustained by being local entrepreneurs and workers.

Our company collects videos and photographs from the local destinations. Disseminate it on our official websites and other marketing platforms. Help travelers to explore it. Increase in the number of visitors. Such contribution helps the nations, local tour operators, and the local people to grow and to be sustained.
