We recognise that the environment, the community and the culture within which we operate and our relationship with local organisations, businesses and individuals is vital to the success of our business. We therefore commit in the long term to:
Minimising the direct environmental impact of our operations and being proactively involved in activities that work to protect the natural environment.
Working with our guests to understand and respect the needs of local people and our suppliers.
Support our local economy by bringing business to our village particularly during the winter months.
Our photo vacations are taken in small groups (maximum 8 people) to minimise the impact on the environment.
Use locally owned traditional accommodation.
Use wherever possible organic fruit and vegetables or locally grown produce in season.
Inform our guests of the history and culture of our region.
Always behave in an environmentally responsible manner.
One of the main attractions of our vacations is the opportunity to stay in a traditional Spanish village where the local people are very welcoming. This is because we work very closely with our local community and we bring considerable business to the local shops, restaurants and home owners especially during the quieter winter months when there are fewer tourists visiting.
We also encourage our clients to visit local shops and restaurants on their free day. We recycle all our food waste as much as we can.

People

We use local family owned restaurants in our village to dine in. We always encourage our guests to eat and purchase items in the village shops, walk whenever possible,not to waste electricity or water and behave in an environmentally friendly way.We encourage our guests to chat to our local neighbours where possible. Our community is very supportive of our business and the spirit in which we host our vacations.
