Responsible Travel

As the pioneers of responsible tourism, we've screened this (and every) vacation so that you can travel knowing it will help support the places and people that you visit, and the planet. Read how below.

Planet

We are a responsible travel company working on behalf of our guests, communities, and the environment. We are open to learning from you and feel happy to share our experiences with our guests. When you arrive in Nepal, we will make sure help and assistance is on hand. If you have any queries, please ask us without any hesitation. Our company representative will meet you and pass you the trip plan and the responsible travel policies that we follow on our whole trip.

We encourage our guests to use reusable water bottles. This act saves money and the environment. In case, you do have plastics or plastic garbage, please don't leave it behind. You will be able to ask your trekking guide how to properly dispose of the rubbish. At the local teahouses, you can throw your rubbish away in the local dustbins. We will stay at a local teahouse in the mountain. Pay for the accommodation and the food. In the teahouse, we will eat fresh vegetables and local food. These food are organic and good for health. It deducts the cost of transportation and reduced transport emissions. Most of the days we will be walking in the mountain of Nepal. Less use of the vehicle.

As a responsible travel agency, we organize a small group for trekking (less than 10 people). This enables us to easily manage the waste, not only this it is good for the safety reason.

On your trekking trail, you must pass through the Langtang national park, Tamang villages (ethnics group of Nepal), and a holy lake Gosaikunda. It's a famous pilgrimage site for both Hindu and Buddhist. To enter the national park we buy a permit, this fee goes towards the conservation of Langtang national park. You will explore the flora and fauna during your trekking. There will be your trekking guide to lead you along the trekking trails.

You will charge your electric gadgets while you stay overnight at a local teahouse or a lodge. It's good to bring a solar charge or a power bank for charging purposes. Limit your water usage. You can take the food as you can but don't waste it. Buy wisely. Don't buy the plastic. Use reusable bags for shopping purposes.

People

We are also variously supporting our communities. One of our small contributions is, we run the child sponsorship program for the needy children of Nepal. As a local tour operator, we loved to promote Nepal to the world. For example, especially our company produces documentaries and images and disseminates them in different social sites, in our official websites and other marketing platforms. Travelers can know about the destination and they can do a trip. Such contributions help a nation as well as the local communities.

We valued the local cultures and the values carried by them. Promote local products like spare some time to visit the local cheese factory of Langtang Valley. It's a local cheese product of this region. We encourage our travelers to buy local products and do respect the values. Your trekking guide will let you know how we can greet them and show respect to their cultures.

The last thing, we all are local. You are supporting local people. Help for sustainable tourism of Nepal.
