We are concerned by the fragile environment we are working in and we try to do our best to take it into account in our daily work. We also inform our groups on that point as prevention. We then respect the wildlife and nature around us. The guide will give you some advice to know how to live with them.

The lunches we propose are made with local food, and we prepare them ourselves for you to have a great experience in mountain with good products. We are using reusable boxes and give you recyclable cutleries. For our treks in the Alps, we encourage travelers to have a reusable bottle for the whole trip. For our trip abroad, we use water filters and provide water to the travelers, thus we do not buy or carry any plastic bottle.

We are involved in upcycling with a company specialized in that in order to produce pieces with a very low environmental impact.
We do not print any brochure, everything is on our website.

We use very few transport when doing the tour, except for the transport of luggage. Most of the tour is done by walking, which is the most responsible way of traveling.

People

All of our team is from the Mont Blanc area. About 90 % of our guides are native from our valley. Our staff at the office is local as well and live very close to the office.
We do produce all of our trips at 100% with our team. We are engaged in using materials and gears from an upcycling factory based in the Mont Blanc valley.

In most of cases we buy food to locals, for example for our lunches on the TMB, we work with a family run business on cheeses and ham as well as fruits.

In some of our trips we support initiative in animals care and food supplying. And our partner for upcycling employ mostly needed persons.

We organise visits with local partners during our trip. Our groups abroad are always composed of a professional French guide and a local guide in order to get the best chances to understand the country and the local issues. With that we know how to help and contribute locally in a right way. Our groups in the Alps are always guided by a local guide which helps in meeting the local people and factories.

We have very good relations with the people we are working with for the organisation of this tour. The guide will give you some tips about the surroundings, and hiking in general. The accommodations will all give you a warm welcome and great food, which will enhance your experience in the Alps.
