1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?
All the local providers and tours were genuinely incredible and unforgettable. The hotels were meh.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Triple check all accommodation and itinerary as a lot of mine did not make much sense and I had to make last minute changes. I am sending detailed feedback to them. The most disappointing part was that I am vegan and this detail was either not communicated or the hotels chosen were so poor they could not even understand my needs and provide something other than fruit and black tea and fruit juice.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
I appreciated a lot the bus transfers as they also allowed me to sightsee beautiful landscapes.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

We sincerely regret that some aspects, particularly the accommodations and the handling of your vegan dietary requirements, did not meet expectations. Your dietary request had been communicated in advance and while options were available, they unfortunately failed to provide a wider variety of vegan options.
