Hi Kat, thank you for your review of your recent Vietnam trip. We’re glad you had a great adventure and particularly enjoyed the delicious food of Vietnam.
Thank you for your concerns regarding the environmental impacts of the tour. We have largely integrated public transport into the trip which is a low-impact means of travel, such as the overnight trains to Hue and Ho Chi Minh City and local river boats on the Mekong Delta. This significantly reduces the carbon emissions of this tour.
Furthermore, each customer on this tour receives a Responsible Traveler Cloth Bag made by the Nguyen Nga Training Centre, in Central Vietnam. The production of these bags provides employment opportunities to locals with special needs and disabilities, though also combats the increasingly prevalent problem of plastic bag pollution disrupting the various marine and land habitats of Vietnam.
Thanks again for your feedback Kat.
