1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?
Fantastic scenery, friendly people and (mostly) good food. Cruising down Mekong may not be to everyone's taste but to watch the world go by and see life on the water was interesting.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Some parts of the trip are more arduous than expected by the itinerary such as the jungle walk and even Bolavan plateau with some hard hills and quite slippery underfoot. Even Wat Phou has a lot of irregular and steep steps. If you have hip or knee problems there will be parts of this trip you will find quite a struggle3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Yes.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
Great. Some issues - resolved quite efficiently and some great experiences. Would I go back to Laos? In a heartbeat.Holiday Reviews
