Calella de Parafrugel is a beautiful place to stay and works really well as a base for this vacation.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Yes, we shopped locally, used local services and cycled everywhere.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

Too many to mention! Accommodation was great! Paddle boarding was great!! Sea kayaking amazing! Cycling brilliant and sailing relaxing!!2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Take the bus if you’re flying into Barcelona.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
The showers were all heated by solar power. All the people who ran the activities seemed to be local Catalan and although we considered hiring a car to transfer from the airport it was totally unnecessary. Ideally we would have travelled by train rather than flying but once we were in Palamós we got to most places under our own steam.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
