To some extent I believe it benefited local people, like the home stay for example.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

Part of the trek - cooking with the 2 guides and playing with the kids in the village. Elephants was also amazing2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Please can the operator make sure people who book this vacation have a certain fitness required as the ability of the group did affect my trip - maybe even ruined my trek. I felt they need a 1 out of 5 level. Maybe iterate that rain can make the journey harder, if you struggle with hills and down hill not for you, if you are not up to it you will be transported to the next venue, and if you are not accustomed or willing to stay in basic accommodation then this is not the trip for you.3. Had Fun with the kids and an amazing local second guide and nice to support the elephants but nothing special4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
If it wasn't for the rest of the group and their fitness and attitude - 10/10. The best guide ever but I can't truly rate the trip because of the guests. The He change in itinerary was slightly irksome but Chai made it as good as he could - I felt sorry for him. My grumble was the fact that we have to wake at 3.30am on the train and got put x4 people in a room the size of a match box with 2 beds to catch up on sleep - what on earth did you expect.... us to spoon in 2 single beds as strangers?? I lay down on a wooden bench instead and just unacceptable. If it wasn't for Chai I would have really been upset with this vacation and I do wonder about this operator for future bookings. He deserves a medal.. I am going to give the trip 3 because of the people's ability and attitude but Chai 5....Holiday Reviews
