1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?
So many things, standing next to thousands-years-old rock art, visiting the livestock market, tea on the Dead Sea, seeing the cheetahs, walking through the landscape - all so wonderful.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Bring sufficient US dollars. Brand-new, crisp, unfolded, in a variety of denominations. At this time a good meal costs between 13 and 20 dollars, bottled water around 1.5, tea or coffee anywhere from 1 to 10. And do not forget tips and sundries.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
It is very difficult to evaluate. The trip seemed to take into account the environment as much as it could. But it is really difficult to evaluate its impact on local people. Local people did seem happy that people are visiting Somaliland.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
Awesome. We saw so much, and felt like we got a very thorough look at Somaliland. What a great place to visit!Holiday Reviews
