1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?

Enjoying the excellent hospitality and cooking with Oli and Flo. A great couple who care about their guests. The trips to wine, olive, honey and mozzarella producers were so interesting. The hosts on the trip were generous with their time and lunches.

2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?

Just enjoy everything Roccatederighi has to offer.

3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?

The local cooperatives definitely benefit from making guests aware of their efforts in conservation and sustainability. A big shout out to all the producers.

4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

Excellent in every way. Thank you to all who made our stay such an inspirational experience.

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?

It was all so amazing it’s hard to choose just one thing. Dinner by candlelight, under the stars, in the old town square, would be one of the best.

2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?

Do it! You won’t be disappointed.

3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?

I don’t know if we benefited them as much as learning about how they operate benefited us.

4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

It was definitely the sojourn of a lifetime.

Learning to make filled pasta outside in the garden under Oli’s excellent tutelage.

2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?

To get the most out of this vacation, go prepared to have a hands on experience. We did, and came away with lots of practical tips and a real insight into the beautiful simplicity of Italian cooking.

3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?

Yes. Oli and Flo are committed to using local produce, working with local people and showcasing several local enterprises that are environmentally and ecologically friendly.

4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

Excellent! We went with high expectations and were not disappointed.

Seeing a quiet and unspoiled part of Tuscany. Meeting the local food producers who are passionate about their work and their commitment to sustainable production.

2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?

Don't be afraid to ask questions. Oli and Flo are very knowledgeable and flexible with the itinerary

Yes. It also taught us about sustainability.

4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

Excellent! A very relaxed yet busy itinerary. Very knowledgeable people who are passionate about the area and what they do.
