The personal dynamic between the entire crew (guests, hosts (Oli, Flo, Fransesca) & tour guides and land/sea & human connections.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?
There are many memorable moments! Being introduced to the group, our first meal, the risotto making in the town square… are just a few.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?
Going out on the fishing boat with the fisherman activist who is trying to preserve the ocean floor. All of the pasta making classes were great. Also the winery tours. Oli’s tasty cooking. Happy hour sitting around with the fun group on the farm sipping Flo’s Aperol spritzes with a view of the spectacular Tuscan countryside.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Definitely book this vacation. You will have a wonderful time and make great memories.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Local restaurants were supported. Donations to ocean activist. The wineries and rice farm we visited are very pro conservation and supporting the environment by their methods.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
It was a fantastic vacation. Oli and Flo are very caring and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Oli is a very knowledgeable and patient teacher. I have some back and mobility issues so was helped whenever necessary. From the time I was picked up at the train station until my return, it was a very pleasant experience. The most beautiful accommodation, stunning scenery, the fabulous cooking lessons that I genuinely feel will give me the confidence to make my own pasta at home and definitely improve my risotto and gnocchi and the warm and incredibly kind and generous welcome from Flo, Oli, Francesca, Margarita and Ricardo.2. Oli and Flo are very eco aware and only produce and use eco/organic food, sustainable production and recycle everything. They have specifically chosen suppliers who share their ethos. It's brilliant.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

Enjoying the excellent hospitality and cooking with Oli and Flo. A great couple who care about their guests. The trips to wine, olive, honey and mozzarella producers were so interesting. The hosts on the trip were generous with their time and lunches.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?

The local cooperatives definitely benefit from making guests aware of their efforts in conservation and sustainability. A big shout out to all the producers.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

It was all so amazing it’s hard to choose just one thing. Dinner by candlelight, under the stars, in the old town square, would be one of the best.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?

To get the most out of this vacation, go prepared to have a hands on experience. We did, and came away with lots of practical tips and a real insight into the beautiful simplicity of Italian cooking.3. Yes. Oli and Flo are committed to using local produce, working with local people and showcasing several local enterprises that are environmentally and ecologically friendly.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
