While we're really pleased to hear that your trip leader was excellent, we're disappointed that your experience was otherwise much less than you expected. We understand that the long travel days are challenging, and we acknowledge that this was a negative for you. The two highlights were: Naoshima and Yakushima - art on Noashima and a stunningly beautiful forest with ancient ceders on Yakushima2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?

The Japanese tourguide was absolutely lousy, she had no enthusiam or passion for her job. She had a very minimalistic approach to her work, only did what she absolutely had to do, so we had to do quite a lot of things on our own.Read the operator's response here:
