The natural beauty and our wonderful leader.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Prepare to eat a lot of delicious food!3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Absolutely. We stayed in modest but clean hotels that were locally owned. We ate at local restaurants and used local transportation when available.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

Love the mountains that form the borders between the country. And Lake Ohrid, despite all the pictures I had seen of it, took my breath away! So beautiful.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Try the regional foods in each country. Even though the countries are small, they are unique.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
We stayed in hotels or other lodging owned and operated by local people. Everyone we met were so friendly and helpful.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
