1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?
The whole thing was absolutely fantastic - largely owing to our tour leader, Matt Smith, who was the most efficient, patient, professional and adorable guide and person you could ever wish for.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
I'd advise them to bring some warm clothes and be prepared to layer up or down because the weather was quite changeable/unpredictable.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
I'm not sure - I imagine it did.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

Good trip, good group, excellent guide. Day trip to mt Fuji, which we booked through an alternative to what the operator suggest, v good.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Look at booking an alternative mt Fuji trip, it’s a shame if traveling solo or just two pax that may be the cheaper alternative as them one is limited. It would have been good to know that we were able to drop our day packs off at the hotel or coin locker straight away upon arrival at destination and one didn’t have to carry it around all day so could use a smaller bag. I called the operator to check this out and the member I spoke to suggested I refer to the itinerary which had had already hence my call to them. She couldn’t help and made me feel I was wasting her time!3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?

luggage and day packs in our Trip Notes, and specific arrangements such as access to hotel rooms or lockers - can vary, and not all members of our team will
have those local details to hand.
That’s why we always recommend checking directly with your Tour Leader once on the trip - they’re best placed to advise based on the day’s plans and local
logistics.
