1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?
Waking up to watch the sunrise and then diving off the back of the boat into a flat sea. We saw beautiful coves, caves and beaches by day and did lots of swimming, snorkelling and SUP-ing. Even tried to catch some Lion Fish (unwanted invasive species) without luck. We moored in a variety of lively marinas and quiet single taverna beaches in the evening.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Bring a Go-Pro! So much to see above and below the surface. It took a few of us a day or two to get our sea legs, so bring some seasickness pills. Don't pack too much stuff - there's very little storage space onboard and you'll be in your swimmers all day anyway.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
We ate, drank and shopped locally, so I guess that benefited local people. In terms of environmental impact, our rubbish was recycled and the boat had solar panels for electricity. It had triple filtered water so we didn't need to buy bottled; we were asked to bring reusable bottles with us. On arrival we had an incident (see below) so we didn't get the fabric tote bags they had planned to give us for shopping. I'd brought some with me so we weren't reliant on plastic bags. We pulled plastic out of the sea when we saw it - every bit helps!4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
It was a fantastic vacation. Everyone had a really good time. The team on the ground were really friendly and helpful (particularly when an allergic reaction required urgent hospital treatment. Thankfully we hadn't set sail at that point!). They organised taxis to and from the airport and were relaxed about check-out times, which was helpful as we had a late flight out.Adam Smith review 2 Nov 2024

We loved the relaxed style and lovely cooking by our skipper Elias. Sacha the free diving coach was a champion - he was calm, gave great tips on free diving technique, an absolute bonus for me was to reach a depth of 20.5m. The Ionian Islands and surrounding waters are spectacular, the swimming, snorkelling and opportunity to explore the islands made for an unforgettable vacation.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Travel light, keep it casual, enjoy the diving and the exploring, enjoy the history of the islands.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
We supported conservation and shared knowledge by collecting data as citizen scientists on the iNaturalist app. Local business benefited as we enjoyed dinners, drinks and sweets on each island as we anchored at a harbour each night. Further the fresh on board dinners were comprised of local produce.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

Seeing dolphins swimming just by the boat! Beautiful! And jumping off the boat into the crystal clear blue water in small bays around the islands! The life!2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
It is a very chill type of vacation with morning yoga classes and the rest of the day spent chilling on the boat, soaking up the sun and jumping into the fresh blue water in different bays around the islands. Bring a book! And be ready to have a lot of amazing food!3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
We ate in local tavernas so I felt we supported local people in that sense.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
Five stars for sure! Elias, who was our skipper, is fantastic and a great chef so we were super well taken care of during the entire trip and spoiled with his absolutely amazing breakfasts and delicious lunches! I would recommend this operator every time!!Philippa Harris review 8 Aug 2023

The sailing route was amazing, we saw dolphins twice next to our boat which was fantastic , the many beaches were stunning and tranquil and we very much enjoyed all the swimming and snorkelling with the equipment provided. Above all our skipper Dimitri was outstanding and Panos and his team couldn’t have been more helpful.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Take a pair of decent shoes if you choose to do some walking and sea shoes/flip flops are handy for the pebbly beaches. Nivea sun products are reef friendly so we bought them at the airport after security control. The local shops have most things available should you need anything.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
It was great to eat at the wonderful tavernas supporting the local businesses. The Shampoo/conditioner/washing up liquid on the boat were all sea friendly and the water consumption was efficiently managed. Anything that could be recycled was placed in the relevant harbour bins when we moored and we were very pleased to help with a beach clean and dispose of our collection correctly.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

The skipper Elias made our week. The best tavernas and bays to swim. Fish caught and dolphins seen on our last day made it complete. The best week away with friends.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?

Totally. All tavernas were local family businesses. Shipped in small towns and villages. Bought supplies from small local stores.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

It was fantastic, better than we could have ever imagined. Demitris was the best Captain and host ever, he was so polite and allowed us to enjoy our vacation at a pace that suited us. Apart from all the obvious (sea, sun, sailing) we were really impressed by our hosts, Panos and Elias. From the first inquiry on Panos was extremely helpful and responsive to my many emails. On board, Elias, our skipper, was always cheerful, chatty and open to our questions. He was very knowledgeable on the local history and geography, and nothing was too much trouble for him. We felt very well looked after.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Pack a lot less than you think you'll need; there is very little storage space in the cabins, and you don't need very much. Our teenage boys spent the entire vacation in their swimming trunks (yes, in the tavernas, too).3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Definitely. We ate out in local family-run tavernas every night, and lunch was bought a local shops. We stopped mostly at small harbours, benefiting local businesses without too much environmental disruption. Our activities were almost exclusively self-propelled, ie. walking, swimming, paddle-boarding, snorkelling etc.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

Our hikes, great conversations over meals and getting a real feel for the diversity and rich history of the Ionian islands.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Panos and Elias from the operator are amazing skippers and people. They always do their best to provide interesting and exciting adventures for your trip. Let them know what you want to get out of your time, what you want to see and do and they will make it happen if they can!3. Definitely. The guys know everyone on the islands and have lots of contacts, we shop and eat locally, we buy local wine. We appreciated their shift off dependency on disposable plastic water bottles, our clean up walk and use of reusable bags, they are caring for the local environment and taking time to think about new ways to reduce waste!4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
We had an amazing week. The guys are really like friends, easygoing and fun. The boat is comfortable for a small group, they are good cooks! We sailed to different islands every day and really got an in depth insight into the area and people. They also run theme based trips which is a great idea.
