See and do as much as you can, take the active adventurous options, it’s worth the effort, but the excursions are long days so pace yourself and give yourself a day to rest and just enjoy the local town and culture.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Yes. All our guides and drivers were locals and we were for example asked to take any rubbish with us out of national parks and dispose of back in town.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
Excellent, everything was very well organised. The choice of local travel partners and excursions was perfect - every excursion was different and interesting with good information and commentary. Guides were intelligent, helpful and friendly and mostly had good English. We thoroughly enjoyed every experience. There were only two minor problems in the entire trip but these were sorted. And whenour plans had to change due to problems with LatAm flights, the tour operator was available to help out and advise us what to do, where to stay. It all worked out.Holiday Reviews
