1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?
All of it!! From seeing all the animals, to walking the foothills of Kilimanjaro, to chatting and joking with our wonderful driver guide Abu and learning about local life - it was all brilliant. But if I had to pick one standout moment it would probably be our wedding: we got married in the Serengeti! Ann's help in organising everything and giving us guidance on what paperwork we needed was invaluable, and both Abu and all the staff at the lodge made it an incredibly special day that we will never forget.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Ann and Abu are absolutely wonderful people who will tailor the vacation to your preferences - just ask! If you want a personalised itinerary Ann can sort out all the bookings for you, and when you're on the road you can relax in the knowledge that Abu will look after you. I would 1000% recommend crafting an itinerary which includes plenty of diverse, out-of-the car activities like walking safaris, treetop walks, hiking etc. as long days just in the car can be quite tiring and don't really give you the chance to experience Tanzania fully.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Absolutely! A large proportion of the park fees goes towards conservation, and from the park rangers and Abu we also learned about projects which empower women or provide local communities with opportunities. The accommodation that we stayed in often had large gardens and/or arrangements with local farmers to provide fresh produce for their kitchens, and on the first day of the trip we were gifted reusable water bottles so that we could avoid purchasing plastic bottles. Tanzania has a law that does not permit plastic carrier bags but plastic bottles are a problem so any little you can do to reduce that is impactful.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
If I could give it 100 stars I would! I cannot recommend the tour operator highly enough and would travel with them again in a heartbeat.Marcie Barent review 2 Oct 2024

Seeing all the animals was amazing. Hiking part of Kilimanjaro was a great personal accomplishment. It was great to end the trip on Zanzibar with some relaxation.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?

Absolutely. The host company used local guides on hikes. The hotels they chose adhered to conservation standards and practices.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

We did four walking safaris and a day hike on the Kilimanjaro which were absolute highlights. On the car safari, we saw an incredible cheetah hunt, 29 lions (yes, 29) walking in a line, and rhinoceros mating.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?

It definitely benefited locals since Ann and Abu, the owners of the tour operator are Tanzanians. They tailored our trip and made every one of our requests come true!4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
It was absolutely extraordinary. I strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic experience in beautiful camps and lodges, close to nature without excessive luxuries distracting from the beautiful nature.Holiday Reviews
