Make sure you have done training for hills especially steep gradients3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?

Be very aware of stray dogs which frequently chase you. Also heavy mountain bikes totally unsuitable as we ride tarmac 100%. Hybrid bike with slick tyres should be provided3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Well we did eat in several local homes and the food was amazing4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
Hard rides on heavy bikes. Also a lot of busy roads. But as an experienced cyclist coped, but less fit or inexperienced cyclists might struggleHoliday Reviews
