1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?
Swimming with penguins/ sea lions/ sharks and rays especially the day we saw the sea lions chasing the sharks! Blue footed boobies dancing2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Choose the time of year you want to go to match the wildlife you want to see. We were at the end of the rainy season and the birds were displaying but the albatross was not around nor where there whales to see3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
yes, we were staying with local businesses and local guides who knew the islands really well4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

Probably the Galapagos Islands - swimming with sea lions and turtles. All the bird life, both on the islands and the mainland.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Investigate altitude sickness medication. I was surprised how much I was affected by the altitude.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?

Wildlife, snorkelling with sea lions (snorkelling and kayaking in general). The great service and professionalism of the boat’s crew and the guide.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?

Learning from the naturalist. Learned so much and not just about flora and fauna but about vulcanology2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Be aware of the high activity level! You’ll be loading in and out of zodiac boats, climbing on uneven surfaces, walking across fields of volcanic rocks3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Yes. Our crew of 12 were all from the the islands.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
