1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?
Bangkok. I hadn't expected to enjoy it so much. Wish I'd stayed a bit longer.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Stay longer in Bangkok so you can explore areas nearby. Unless you love 5* and gloss don't bother with Koh Samui. Fun to overexposed. Loved Koh Penang. Authentic3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
We stayed away from the corporates, ate in local restaurants, etc. Koh Samui is over exposed, the day trip snorkelling, visiting the islands probably did more harm than good. The Thailand we visited (our choice) had heavier tourism that I had realised.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
We had a fantastic time. The local agent did an excellent job meeting our requirements and budget. All the pick ups and transfers ran like clockwork. Emirates a good airlineHoliday Reviews
