1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?
The whole trip was excellent so choosing one thing is difficult to impossible. Even getting soaked by rain twice was a positive experience over all. To say that Annie, the guide, is first rate does not do her justice.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Go with the flow. Have a sense of humor. Enjoy!3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

Fantastic views and great taverns2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
You don't need to be supremely fit but you can't be unfit.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Yeah we ate at small local taverns and slept in local guest houses - so benefited local people. We had to fly to Greece so I guess there is no way around that impact.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
Great experience.Alison Birch review 23 May 2026
1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?
Beautiful flowers and big vistas. The walking is often just stupendously beautiful in a very gentle relaxed way , the trail was quiet, there are some tough climbs and descents but also easy parts2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
We did need rain covers for our rucksacsks and some warmer clothes as well as cooler ones3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
We visited remote villages and ate / stayed in local restaurants and guesthouses4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?
The local people we met in the villages are so welcoming and kind, like we are old friends. They make the beautiful villages even more so.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Pack for all weather and have hiking shoes or boots that have good grip as some parts of the trail can be slippery after the rain.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
We dine in local taverns, stay in independently run hotels or B&B and use local taxi, so I would think the trip benefited locals.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
I truly enjoyed this walk and very happy to have met lovely travel companions in this trip - we enjoy walking and having meals together and 7 days really felt too short. Our guide Yannis is very knowledgeable and took care of us extremely well, and always explained well when we had to make adjustments to the routes on the days of poor weather and when some of us were feeling unwell. Annie has been amazing making all the logistic changes behind the scene. I am very impressed with the operators customer focus philosophy.Marina Aguirre review 18 Oct 2023
1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?
The whole trip was incredible and memorable, I loved meeting people in the group, stories from our guide, the mountains all around us. I’ll remember this trip forever, and I cannot wait to return one day.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
I booked this trip as a solo traveler and joined a group of friends that had booked the trip already. I was a little nervous to join people I didn’t know - with maybe difference hiking experience and capacity to me. But I’m so grateful I did this. Be open to jumping into this kind of thing on your own if the opportunity comes up.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Yes - we always ate at local cafes and restaurants, and stayed a small or family-run accommodations. These were either recommended by our guide or the group decided as we went. We were always encouraged to “leave no trace”, taking back with us what we brought in.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
10/10. I’ve already told lots of people about this vacation, this company and hiking in Greece generally. I can’t wait to go back one day and do more hikes in the region.Holiday Reviews
