1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?
I particularly enjoyed the north of Albania, the visit to Kosova and boat trip down the gorge2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Loved the visit to the family for honey tasting, cake , tea and raki. They were charming.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
The guide,Gerion, , was outstanding He shared his passion for his country with us and told us all about all aspects of life and history of Albania.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

Lake Ohrid and Kotor were the highlights.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Considerable amount of strenuous walking -- both in towns on polished stone cobbles and hiking - just for the sake of hiking (i.e. not much evident purpose) often uphill.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Didn't experience much of that.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
Pretty good in a number of aspects ... but lacking, perhaps, in 'culture', interaction with local people and learning about daily life.Very good tour leader; everything worked fine.Read the operator's response here:

A very unique country - difficult to say which part was most memorable. The scenery, especially the Accursed mountains, history, culture, food and very welcoming people.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Be prepared to eat lots of wonderful food. Also be prepared for changeable weather. Just go before the rest of the world discovers it, you’ll not be disappointed.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Definitely, apart from the use of lots of plastic bottles served with meals.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
