1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?
The desert experience and overnight stay.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
In my opinion worth allowing extra time to experience Marrakech.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
I agree on the benefits for locals, and small minority groups. The reduction on the environmental impact was less evident, most of the hotels still changed towels daily even if we clearly shown we didn't want to.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
Overall it's been a memorable vacation, the tour was very well organized to the details and our guide took good care of everything.Sabine Lardner review 13 Apr 2026

So many wonderful small visits along the way helped us get the best picture of Morocco. But the camel ride- spectacular!2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Enjoy everything your guides will share with you.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Absolutely, that was evident - from water to orange juice to Nomads.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
We could not have had a better tour, our guide and driver (Abdullah and Hussein) And fellow travelers made it a wonderful vacation.sarah jefferies review 12 May 2026
1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?
Driving south into the desert, the camel ride, Fes and the souk were brilliant, all the cultural and historical information and the food was lovely.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Be prepared for a very long drive back north after the desert. Take snacks as lunch was often very late (after 2pm). Develop a tough skin for ignoring beggars, peddlers and people trying to sell you stuff in a really pushy way, especially if you're a single woman although when we were with the guide he kept them away. Keep change handy for tips and using loos and take toilet paper!3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Yes as we stayed in local hotels which did not appear to be chain hotels. Plenty of stops a local co-ops and businesses with opportunities to purchase from local people.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
Pretty great overall! My only recommendation for improvement would be to upgrade the bus which was not comfortable with hard, small seats and the seat belts were like being in a straight jacket! I am a 5'8" size 14 woman and I struggled with the seats so anyone bigger would be very uncomfortable. Not good when you're on it for 7/8 hours straight. Not sure it had air con either.Holiday Reviews
