1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?
We loved the hike to the refuge. Agnieszka was magical. She knew so much about the mountains that she brought then to life. We also loved the rock climbing. Again Agnieszka was wonderful. We had total trust and faith in her. The ginger tea was out of this world!2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Bring separate shoes for canyoning. This wasn't explicit when packing (or at least I missed it) so we didn't pack appropriately. Suggest rock climbing early on so it could be repeated for a second time later on in the week. I think we would have all enjoyed this. The chalet was great but a better common room would have been appreciated. Somewhere cosier to spend time together after dinner. Just to say that we absolutely loved the week. We just felt that day 2 where you brought the 2 groups together was our least favorite day. The walk felt a bit boring for our age group and being in a larger group with young children isn't what we signed up for. That said we loved the lake and high ropes.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
I loved Agnieszka who is clearly passionate about sustainability. She was an inspiration for us. The packed lunches were great and we felt that we produced very limited waste.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
We all loved the vacation. The activities were brilliant, the company wonderful and food yummy. The final evening around the campfire couldn't have been more perfect. We had a great time so thank you ??Read the operator's response here:

The two day hike up to the refuge was really memorable. It was so fun to just be out in nature for two days.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
It’s a great trip even for single parent families because you get to know the other families on the trip and your teenagers have like-minded friends to hang out with.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
The people who owned the outdoor center were lovely local people who had been running the place for many years. All of the activities were run by local people. Our guide was very knowledgeable about nature and lowering your impact on the planet.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

Yes there was a very good focus from the leaders on the environment, it was educational and interesting.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
