Go with the flow on this yoga retreat in mountainous southeast Spain. Twice daily Hatha or Vinyasa classes offer guests focussed attention. You can practice at your own pace. We have different retreats for beginners and different retreats for intermediate yogis so you can choose the level that you prefer and also practice with those at your level too.
