Thank you very much for the positive review regarding the trip I organised for you and your family.
I’m very happy that you enjoyed the cities of Parma, Modena, and Bologna, rich in historical and cultural heritage. I’m also glad that you had the opportunity to discover the secrets behind the production of Parma Ham, Parmigiano Reggiano and traditional balsamic vinegar and of course to taste these world-renowned local specialties.
I can assure you that your travel choices did in fact benefited in particular local people, reduced environmental impacts, or supported conservation. You traveled mainly by train, which is a positive and environmentally friendly way to travel. All the suppliers and producers you visited are local businesses and small companies from the area and the guides who accompanied you also live locally. Our travel agency is a small local business as well.
So perhaps you did not notice it because your way of traveling is naturally responsible (and that is admirable !) but your trip certainly contributed to support local communities in a sustainable way.
Thank you again for the trust you placed in me. I hope to have the opportunity in the future to help you discover other wonderful places and hidden gems in my country.

The food was fantastic, and the landscape.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
This vacation was very well organised by Giovanna in Italy, and ran like clockwork. If you are interested in regional food,i.e. cheese making, vinegar production and wine, its fascinating and we enjoyed the cultural aspects too. Parma had plenty to offer and we enjoyed the day traveling by train.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Yes, certainly we visited small regional producers of food made in the traditional manner. The local transfers were very professional and done by a local firm, we travelled by train too, and stayed in a small B&B.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
