Reviews for Channel islands small group tour
Tony Prentice review 26 May 2026
1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?
Learning about the Channel Islands history, some wonderful sites. Friendly and clean.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
Research the Channel islands and make sure everything you want to see is in the itinerary.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Yes. We found the Channel islands very environmentally conscience.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
Rachel Dovey was excellent and group size of just 5 was good. Quite expensive for 6 nights we thought. Said lunch was included on Herm but it was not. Elizabeth Castle and Neolithic mound should be included. Would also be good to include some lunches. Even the coffee stop on landing in Jersey we had to pay. Grand Jersey hotel v good but we heard you are changing. Wednesday 20th May felt rushed, 21st and 22nd we had plenty of time. Could be better balanced. Seemed unnecessary to have a 2nd guide in Jersey.Holiday Reviews
