The Komodo Dragon is listed as 'vulnerable' on the endangered species list and it is vital that its habitat is maintained and protected. The Komodo Dragon is only found on the islands of Komodo, Flores and Rinca. The entrance fees and conservation donation you make as part of this trip goes towards the upkeep and protection of the national park in which they live. There are just over 2,000 Komodo Dragons left in the wild and it is vital that efforts continue to be made to increase and protect their population.
