This trip stimulates eco-friendly travel by majorly offering ground tours reducing the need for internal flight travel. Majority of the travel within Yosemite is carried out using private and shared local transport, which effectively reduces CO2 emissions per person.

The trip includes components of human-powered transport (walking, hiking, horseback riding, rock climbing and white water rafting ) and it is a major part of the tour package lasting over several days.

We do advise customers on ways they can reduce their carbon impacts and encourage our customers to apply eco-friendly practices throughout their trip.
