The entry fee tickets for Petra, are inclusive of conservation fees. Petra is a huge site and conservation is much needed. Extra garbage bins are being placed and a team of locals is being trained to keep an eye on the site. To make sure no rubbish is left behind by both tourists and by the locals who work within the site.

Extra care is also given to the ruins and we kindly ask our guests to leave the site as how they found it and not to touch anything.

You will find children trying to sell you rocks etc with the most beautiful colors. However we ask our guests not to buy those as to not encourage the children to go look for more with the chance they unintentionally damage the site.

Jordan battles with a big pollution problem. Projects all over the country are started to clean up Jordan and to educate the new generations. We kindly request, that all our guests, keep our country clean.

When booking our Wellness Relaxation Tour, you will be visiting a local Turkish Bath. Both locals and tourists make use of this fun attraction. Men and women are separated, as a true local Turkish Bath should be. By using the local Turkish Bath, you are providing people with work and you are giving them a chance to support their families.

You will be driven through Jordan by a local English speaking driver. He will point you in the right direction where to buy your souvenirs so you are sure to support local artists.
