CARBON REDUCTION
On this tour we primarily use coach transport however we always make sure that the bus companies promote green policy and use low carbon emission buses or coaches. We also include a narrow-gauge train ride. To help reduce the level of pollution within the urban centers, the sightseeing tours we do in the main city centers are mostly done on foot, which is also a great way of seeing all they have to offer first hand.


ENVIRONMENT & WILDLIFE
Our local tour leaders do not use single use plastic bottles and also encourage our customers to use their reusable water bottles. In most areas tap water is safe to drink. Above that they aim to reduce the unnecessary use of printing paper and also plastic bottles, cutlery and food containers. On tour our local agent and tour leaders try to follow a zero waste travel strategy whenever possible.


OUR OFFICE.
As we pursue to minimize the cost of running the business (energy, water usage, communication spendings), we decided to operate remotely from our homes. We meet in our small office to discuss strategic matters.
Our Tour Leaders and local guides are trained in how to actively promote responsible tourism and brief our groups on how they can minimise their own impacts, actively encouraging clients to carry all waste with them from the trails and to use the recycling bins.

LOCAL ECONOMY

Our tour leaders will promote locally owned restaurants, bars and shops. They are well educated in local as well as seasonal cuisines and ingridients.

In Zalipie and Biskupin heritage parks tourists have a unique opportunity to experience true historical piece of crafting. They can participate in the classes of traditional painting, and obtain unique souvenirs unavailable anywhere else.

Tour leaders will encourage travelers to learn basic Polish phrases so that they could interact with local people as much as it is possible.
