Our partners in Croatia commit to hiring at least 90% local personnel, prioritizing candidates from the immediate communities around Zagreb, Split, and Dubrovnik. Many guides and staff are women or belong to minority groups, and several accommodations have policies supporting the training and employment of people with disabilities. All staff are paid at least the local minimum wage, and most receive additional training in service and sustainability standards.
