Meals are primarily vegetarian, featuring fresh, seasonal produce from local markets and occasionally my own garden, reducing the carbon footprint.

Walking and shared public transportation form the core of our itinerary. For instance, we explore rural paths and volcanic trails on foot, encouraging a deeper connection with nature while minimizing carbon emissions. Guests also receive practical eco-tips to reduce their impact during their stay, fostering eco-conscious habits.

While the trip does not include protected area entry fees, it fosters deep appreciation for nature, ensuring that participants leave with a greater awareness of their role in protecting biodiversity.

Additionally, the excursions are focused on less-explored areas, diverting the flow of visitors from typical tourist hotspots and spreading economic benefits to rural regions.
