Kemeri National Park and the Curonian Spit both offer wooden boardwalks and scenic walking routes, increasing time spent using human-powered transport. A dedicated cycling route along Jurmala’s coastline further reduces reliance on motor vehicles. Breakfasts highlight local and seasonal foods at most accommodations, reducing food miles and supporting local farmers.
