Newsletter rate card for partners
To this end our newsletter features product from the Responsible Travel website and occasionally includes a new partner or accommodation if the product is fairly unique. Each newsletter is divided into sections which change from one newsletter to the next, we typically only feature one trip per partner or accommodation per newsletter, and we would expect to generate between 0 and 10 inquiries per page.
Our newsletter rate card:
Paying partners are able to purchase newsletter slots; any inclusion requests are at our discretion and the following seasonal rate cards apply:
Non-peak season rates (Mar - Dec)
- £85 for one slot on the newsletter
- £165 for two slots on the newsletters (=£82.50 each)
- £220 for three slots on the newsletters (=£73.30 each)
- £600 for 4 slots on the same newsletter plus 2 content links in a feature. There must be a broad range of product for this to work. See example.
- £2,000 to purchase a newsletter dedicated entirely to your tours and trips.* A maximum of 2 trips to the same country.
Peak season rates (Jan - Feb)
- £90 for one slot on the newsletter
- £175 for two slots on the newsletters (=£87.50 each)
- £240 for three slots on the newsletters (=£80 each)
- £660 for 4 slots on the same newsletter plus 2 content links in a feature. There must be a broad range of product for this to work. See example.
- £2,000 to purchase a newsletter dedicated entirely to your tours and trips.* A maximum of 2 trips to the same country.
Please note:
*Some people from the database also receive a targeted section of products based on their past/search habits, and the selection for this product is automated and chosen at random.
- Payment must have cleared before we feature your product and all prices are plus VAT where applicable
- We do not promote products on the newsletter that are on our free accommodation model, paid or otherwise
- The same or a similar product cannot be featured more than once every four newsletters.

Homepage slot - Cost: £250
(including VAT where applicable)Feature on our homepage for a whole month. All homepage slots must be varied so we only allow Partners to purchase one slot per month, and the same trip can't be featured in consecutive months. See an example.
Social media post - Cost: £80 for 1, or £150 for 2
(including VAT where applicable)Feature on our Instagram and Facebook platforms. A choice of 'product post' and/or 'partner spotlight post' available. Contact us for full details.
Top position product slots: £150 per week
