On this expedition we will explore the Mondego river as well as one of its beautiful tributaries, the Dão river, known for its famous wine. The whole expedition takes place in a valley surrounded by fields and forest. We will get to know the local communities, the typical food and wine. Our expedition ends in the beautiful city of Coimbra, where we will have the opportunity to visit one of the oldest universities in the world, dated 1st of March 1290 - Founder King D. Dinis.
