Responsible Travel

As the pioneers of responsible tourism, we've screened this (and every) vacation so that you can travel knowing we've worked to maximise the benefits of your vacation to local people and places, and minimise any negative impacts.

Planet

Tourism hence has the potential of being a non-polluting, sustainable, income provider. With the global emphasis on sustainability and combating climate change, this creates a major opportunity to position the tourism experience as a unique visitor takeaway, in low-impact settings. We carefully choose hotels that run there operations according to that low impact policy on environment and policy include recycling the water; adopt water harvesting system, proper management of waste. We also encourage the hotels in countryside, family run hotels, Fort and Heritage hotels we use by giving guaranteed minimum bookings in per year to use local products whenever possible; favor biodegradable, recyclable or reusable products, pay attention to processes involved in the preparation of the products, purchase appliances and other equipment that are designed for minimum water and energy consumption, willing to spend a little more in order to protect the environment, ask suppliers about their practices regarding environment protection and working conditions, and make them understand that the corrective environmental actions represent an investment of less than 100000 Indian Rupees and an almost immediate payback (in less than a year).

Maximum destinations covers in the tour by using trains for transportations, some destinations we include in tour dose not have accessibility by train in that case we use fuel efficient vehicle. The old part of most city in Rajasthan has narrow streets, we request guest to explore traditional bazaars by walking, some place in jodhpur we use horse cart in old city tour.

Guest is always requested to do not smoke and carry plastic things in parks or any wildlife reserve on tour. We provide jute bags to our guest for keeping trash and these bags are washable and use for at least five years. In the tour we provide tablet (gazette) to guest for review itinerary, maps and locations, this habit is the part of our paperless work policy.

People

By visiting temples and participating in religious ceremony will be very helpful to understand Hindu religion and local culture. At the bank of Holy River Ganges in Varanasi Hindu people criminate the body after death by doing this they believe it would be release the Soul from the cycle of rebirth impelled by the law of karma.

Our itinerary also covers few villages where traveler able to experience the Indian culture, we help local craftsmen to demonstrate their craft work directly to the buyer by doing this they will get paid fair price of their work. We support small scale business run by locals like Woolen Handicraft -Khesla, Dari, Patte, Galicha(Carpets) Within a circle of 5 kilometers of Leta village, nearly 100 families are employed in this type of handwork and it is run as a family business. They make woolen blankets known as Khesala and Pattu weaving in the local area. Village Leta's Khesala is famous in the whole of Marwar region.
