On Day 4 you will be staying at the wonderful Chambal Safari Lodge, who are committed to ensuring the protection of the Chambal Valley and working with the Forest Department and local communities on eco-development projects. On the lodge grounds itself, indigenous trees are planted to continue forestation efforts. Additionally, engaging in nature-based activities, such as boat trips on the Chambal River, fosters environmental awareness and supports local conservation efforts.

You will also be staying at Shahpura Bagh. The original founder of the state of Shapura created the first rain water harvesting system in the region and the family of Shapura Bagh today work with the community to continue this.
