Through our annual marathon events – the Victoria Falls Marathon and the Kilimanjaro Marathon, we rally behind causes close to our hearts, from treating childhood cancer with Tumaini La Maisha to bolstering anti-poaching efforts alongside the Vic Falls Anti-Poaching Unit.

By employing locals (guides, camp team, reservations team = all local) we create job opportunities and foster skills development, directly contributing to the growth and empowerment of local communities.
We’re all about growing talent from within. Max, our General Manager, started as a guide, and some of our senior guides began as tent attendants. Yet, our mission extends beyond conservation. It’s about nurturing hope and healing within the communities we serve.
