The majority of the trip is spent cycling under your own power, with electric assistance helping guests of different abilities enjoy the climbs while reducing the need for vehicle-based transport.

We encourage guests to consider traveling to the Alps by train where possible, and the trip includes transfers from Gap train station to make rail travel a practical option.

We carefully select locally run accommodation and stay at the Grange des Ecrins, a small guesthouse in a traditional Alpine farmhouse. The owners focus on local cuisine and use regional products where possible, helping reduce food miles while supporting local producers.
